Recently, at my housewarming, I was speaking to a friend whom I haven't seen in a very long time. We were talking about her career and what were her next steps. I told her I admired her career path because it looked so very structured and great that she found something she liked. Later on I realised when I asked her if she liked her job, that she didn't and just ‘did what she had to do'. She does not own a company but works in a high pressure environment and I was really quiet surprised that she could keep that up.

She on the other hand was surprised hearing me say that I've spent my entire career finding what I liked to do.
I wasn't very good at school, so pretty early on I realised I had to do something I love to make a living.
And it actually helped me a lot. With running a six figure business on my own, I can safely say I did find the right path and I would love to help you (and my friend) with that too. I've spent years and years finding out how to take care of myself, financially and personally and I would love to share them with you.

Here are the 5 steps you can take to make your quality offer:

  1. Find out what you like to do.
What is the one thing that makes you spark? Spend this week finding out what gives you joy and write it down. It could be talking to people, writing, finishing a report, editing, commenting on someone else's work, sales.
  2. Find out what you are good at.
Now let's dive a little deeper; find out what you're good at; what have you done in the past few years that you're proud of. Write three things down that you're proud of.
  3. What do other people like from you and want to pay you for?
This one is tricky, because now I am going to ask you to contact one or two clients (the ones you like most) and ask them what they like about you, why they buy from you. This gives you an idea on what else you can do for them.
  4. What do you find important?
What are certain issues you want to solve in the world? Stop climate change, make women feel more empowered, set a higher standard for your industry? Write one cause that you want to contribute to with your business and offer.
  5. What is still something you want to try?
Sometimes we are stuck with our business, current clients, current offer, but it doesn't have to be. Think about what you would LOVE to do in your life (and business) and write it down.

Now that you have answered these questions, you will be one step closer to your dream offer.
