Oprah does it, Richard Branson, Lady Gaga, Arianna Huffington and many more. I'm talking about journalling, putting your thoughts on paper.

It's a very strong exercise that needs training and which can help you structure your thoughts, notice patterns and which enables you to ‘curate' your own thoughts, instead of just thinking what you've learned to be thinking.

Our lives right now are way more complex than it has ever been.
Society tells you you need to be an accomplished person, because you have the power to choose and all the opportunity in the world. Journalling helps you to choose what is best for you, not what is expected of you.

Journalling is one of the most underestimated tools in business

So for this week, I wanted to share 7 journalling prompts with you, to help get you started, or if you're already into journalling, to inspire you with some new angles.

And you don't need to journal with a prompt everyday, you can also just free-write about something that's bothering or inspiring you that day.

+ ask a friend or your partner to post the letter to you some time in the future.
